Remote Monitoring Service
Remote monitoring is designed to predict and prevent computer and network failures. Each computer and network device is monitored 24/7, looking for issues that may cause a failure. The goal is to provide assurance that each computer is available and operational for use, and to detect in advance any issues that will lead to failure. This remote monitoring system also tracks key network devices such as servers, network appliances (routers and switches) and firewall's.
Remote monitoring is accomplished through a combination of two important activities: (1) a comprehensive, ongoing high quality monitoring service, and (2) a series of regular preventative maintenance tasks focused on supporting critical network devices at the customer's location. It is a customized program that is structured in a modular fashion based on a customer's specific needs (see products and services section for more detail).
